Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the Ecomstoree website, your use of our inquiry forms, consultation requests, resources, and other interactions that begin through this site.

Last updated: March 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Website Purpose

This website is provided to share information about Ecomstoree, our Amazon and ecommerce brand growth services, service packages, resources, case studies, client examples, and consultation opportunities. Content on the site is for general informational purposes only and may be updated at any time without notice.

3. Services Overview

Ecomstoree provides ecommerce-focused services that may include Amazon brand strategy, product listing optimization, A+ content planning, Amazon storefront support, brand storytelling, product packaging support, main image and infographic strategy, PPC and advertising strategy, channel growth support, and ongoing Amazon management services.

The exact services, deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, file formats, access requirements, and responsibilities will be defined separately through a proposal, invoice, statement of work, agreement, or written confirmation.

4. Consultation Requests and Project Information

When you submit an inquiry, book a consultation, download a resource, or contact Ecomstoree, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Online submissions, calls, emails, discovery sessions, consultations, and preliminary recommendations do not by themselves create a binding client agreement.

Any final scope of work, pricing, timeline, payment terms, revision process, ownership terms, and service responsibilities will be governed by a separate written agreement if both parties choose to move forward.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, product details, brand assets, product images, marketplace access where needed, compliance information, claims, certifications, packaging details, advertising data, and other materials required to complete the agreed work.

Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving all final content, product claims, creative assets, marketplace listings, packaging details, advertising materials, and published information before use.

6. Communications Consent

By submitting your contact information through the website, you authorize Ecomstoree to contact you about your request by phone, email, and, where applicable, text message. Message frequency may vary. Standard carrier rates may apply. You may ask us to stop promotional communications at any time, but we may still contact you regarding active inquiries, consultations, proposals, or ongoing services.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, forms, servers, or related systems;
  • interfere with the website's operation or security;
  • copy, scrape, reproduce, or republish site content for commercial use without written permission;
  • misuse downloadable resources, templates, guides, or website materials; or
  • use the website in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

8. No Guaranteed Results

Ecomstoree may provide strategy, creative direction, optimization, advertising support, and ecommerce growth services intended to improve brand presentation, visibility, trust, and conversion potential. However, ecommerce performance depends on many factors outside our control, including product quality, pricing, reviews, competition, marketplace algorithms, advertising budget, fulfillment, inventory, customer demand, and platform policy changes.

We do not guarantee specific Amazon rankings, sales volume, revenue, profit, conversion rates, return on ad spend, account approvals, marketplace outcomes, or business results.

9. Amazon and Third-Party Platforms

Ecomstoree is not Amazon, Shopify, Meta, Google, or any other third-party marketplace or platform. Any references to Amazon, DTC platforms, Prime, advertising platforms, or ecommerce marketplaces are for service-description purposes only.

Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable marketplace terms, seller policies, advertising rules, product compliance requirements, intellectual property rules, and legal obligations related to their products and business activities.

10. Payments and Fees

Fees, deposits, retainers, payment schedules, subscriptions, project payments, and other charges will be confirmed separately in writing. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due according to the terms listed in the applicable invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, withholding of final files, or suspension of services until outstanding amounts are paid.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the service, project stage, and agreement. Because strategy, creative, consulting, and digital service work may begin before final delivery, paid fees may be non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a client delays feedback, approvals, access, content, brand assets, product information, or required materials, project timelines may be extended. Ecomstoree will not be responsible for delays caused by missing or delayed client input.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photos, layout, design elements, frameworks, resources, guides, templates, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ecomstoree and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for personal, non-commercial use, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, sell, publish, or create derivative works from site content without prior written consent.

After full payment, clients may receive usage rights to approved final deliverables created specifically for their project, according to the terms of the applicable proposal or agreement. Drafts, unused concepts, internal processes, templates, and strategic frameworks remain the property of Ecomstoree unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Client Materials and Permissions

By providing logos, product images, brand assets, product information, marketplace data, account access, testimonials, claims, certifications, or other materials, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and share those materials with Ecomstoree.

You are responsible for ensuring that all product claims, descriptions, packaging statements, certifications, images, advertising materials, and marketing content comply with applicable laws, marketplace policies, and industry regulations.

14. Portfolio and Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Ecomstoree may reference completed work, client names, brand assets, screenshots, testimonials, project results, or examples in its portfolio, website, proposals, case studies, social media, and marketing materials.

If confidentiality is required, it must be requested and confirmed in writing before the project begins.

15. Third-Party Content and Links

The website may include links to third-party websites, review platforms, scheduling tools, payment tools, social media services, analytics tools, marketplace platforms, or external resources. We provide those links for convenience only and do not control or endorse all third-party content, products, or services.

Your use of third-party sites and platforms is at your own risk and subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

16. Educational Resources

Any guides, downloads, blog content, website copy, examples, free resources, or educational materials provided by Ecomstoree are for general informational purposes only. They should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, compliance, or professional marketplace advice specific to your business.

You should seek qualified professional advice where legal, tax, financial, compliance, or regulatory decisions are involved.

17. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, updated, or free of harmful components.

Any project-specific promises, timelines, deliverables, ownership rights, or service commitments must be stated in a separate written agreement.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecomstoree will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to your use of this website, reliance on website content, use of our services, third-party platform changes, marketplace decisions, advertising performance, account issues, or ecommerce outcomes.

If we are found liable for any claim related to the website or paid services, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to Ecomstoree for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ecomstoree from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your business activities, your product claims, your marketplace violations, your infringement of third-party rights, or materials you provide to us.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to the website or these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts or legal forums having jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will become effective when posted on this page unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the website after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
